It's been awhile...

Well I am spending holiday vacation in Myrtle beach with my family. It has been great. I also used some great coupons from Michaels and bought some galvanized buckets and some butterflies as starters for wedding table center pieces. I can picture what I want, I just hope I can make it happen... but now I have some supplies so I can start to see it I hope.

Tomorrow, Rob flies down and I am so so so very much excited to see him!!

So what better way to express my day to day feelings on being ENGAGED than to write about it.


That's what I thought.


I can't believe that Rob and I have been engaged for nearly 2 months now. Time has flown by and we haven't even set an official date yet. All we have is April 2012. The time is going to fly by and I can't wait to plan it all out!


I have so much support from both sides of the family that when it comes down to it I am sure it will be a breeze.


I've been trying not to become bridezilla, though it was a running joke with my parents at first... but I have to keep myself occupied. We have colors picked out, bright pink and bright blue. Tulips. Lots of them. I've got a great start on invitations and have slowly been making everything that will need to be printed aside from the specifics. I don't have those yet, lol.


All in all, things are moving, slowly and surely. This weekend we looked at wedding bands. Lots of options, but I think we both have our set ideas in mind now...
